When you first talk with us, a family member will take your call 24/7, listen to your needs and questions, and provide immediate guidance with sensitivity and understanding. We will never use a
third party to answer our phones.
Personal Consultation
We’ll meet with you, either in your own home, via video conferencing, or over the phone, to discuss your wishes and guide you in creating a meaningful tribute. We will explain your options in plain English and ensure every detail reflects your loved one’s life
Making Arrangements
From organising paperwork to coordinating with third parties, we take care of the practicalities so you can focus on your family and your memories.
Day of the Funeral
On the day, our family team will be by your side, ensuring everything runs smoothly, respectfully, and as planned. We’ll manage every detail with quiet professionalism and compassion.
A Space for Solace
Our peaceful chapel provides a calm, intimate private setting for reflection,
remembrance and saying goodbye in your own way, with space for up to 18 people for a service.
Ongoing Support
