Step 1

Arrival at Your Home or Chosen Meeting Point

Our team will arrive at the agreed location, whether that’s your home, the home of the deceased, or another meaningful place. If you wish, we can arrange a traditional procession, with the funeral director leading on foot as a mark of respect. We are here to provide a calm, respectful start to the day.

The Funeral Procession

The hearse will lead the way, followed by family and friends in limousines or their own vehicles. We can incorporate special locations that were significant to your loved one, such as a former home or favourite place. We will keep you informed of the timing and route, ensuring a seamless and respectful journey.

Arrival at the Venue

When you arrive at the crematorium, church, or your chosen venue, our team will be on hand to guide you through the next steps. Pallbearers—whether family, friends, or members of our team—will carry the coffin with care. Any personal touches, such as flowers or keepsakes, will be thoughtfully arranged to reflect your loved one’s life and personality.

The Funeral Service

This is the moment for family and friends to come together in memory of your loved one. Depending on your wishes, the service may include readings, hymns, eulogies, or prayers. Whether religious or non-religious, we’ll ensure every detail is taken care of—from seating to music—so you can focus on honouring your loved one.

The Committal

This is the final farewell. For burials, the committal takes place at the graveside, while for cremations, it occurs at the crematorium. This is often an emotional moment, marked by words, prayers, or the placing of flowers. We will be there to support you throughout this process, ensuring that everything proceeds as planned.
